Glenn Fox has been a practicing lawyer for over thirty years. He has negotiated transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He has advanced degrees and certifications that would be the envy of most. He has worked with all types of clients and has been the confidant of many.
And yet his biggest struggle has been within. He has battled issues of weight all of his life and only recently learned, through self-review and reflection, that the battle is only won from within.
Glenn Fox has learned and wants to share his thoughts on this and on other areas of life's struggles. Outside sources are only aids; it is your own inner strength that must be searched for, discovered and tapped.
His book, It's all so simple; it's all so complicated..., and presentations tell his story and how his story may help and inspire you in your struggles.
That was one of the things that I was thinking about the past couple of days - losing weight and writing a book. There has to be a lot of people out there that have done it so what will set you apart when someone asks why should they buy your book or listen to you vs. the professional athlete who goes on TV and now wants to write about it?
Make no mistake, this is not a diet and exercise program. There are plenty of those. This is about how one person took a triggering event to push him to motivation to change something that wasn't right in his life. It's about figuring out that you don't need to be on a television program to change your life; that that power lies within if you look hard enough for it. It's how one person did it without surgery or fancy gimmicks, but you know what, if you need surgery or fancy gimmicks to do it, do it. It's about proving that it only takes a little push and mind power to do what you believe needs to be done, be it weight loss or smoking or life in general. It's not about weight; it's about life. - Glenn Fox
